An Enchanted Evening with Annabel Parker at Bistro La Cave’s Masquerade Gala

As the masquerade merriment continues at Bistro La Cave, we are thrilled to present the stunningly talented Annabel Parker, serenading guests from 9:30 PM to the stroke of midnight. Annabel, a senior Classical Vocal Performance major under the tutelage of Dr. Errik Hood and a minor in Judaic Studies, will elevate the night’s festivities with her transcendent voice.
A prodigious talent, Annabel has been lauded on NPR’s “From the Top” (Show #379) for her exquisite soprano vocals. Her prowess has been recognized with multiple accolades, including being a four-time winner of the Maine NATS High School competition and receiving the prestigious Marni Nixon Memorial Award. She has also twice earned the title of Young Stars of Maine.
Recently, Annabel has graced the stage as the Second Witch in Steinhardt’s “Dido and Aeneus,” Papagena in “The Magic Flute,” and the Sorceress in “Dido and Aeneus” at the renowned Vienna Summer Music Festival. Her approach to music is holistic and original, as she believes in becoming a ‘total musician’ by not just learning the pieces but embodying them.
